Pagputol ng Pilipinas sa ugnayan sa US, hindi pa opisyal ayon sa White House
Wala pang ibinibigay na opisyal na dokumento ang pamahalaan ng Pilipinas sa Amerika upang pagtibayin ang pahayag ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na pagkalas sa economic at military ties sa Amerika.
Sa isang press briefing, sinabi ni White House spokesman Eric Schultz na wala pa silang natatanggap na official requests mula sa mga opisyal ng pamahalaan ng Pilipinas para baguhin ang anumang bagay na pinagsasamahan ng parehong bansa.
“We have not received any official requests from Filipino officials to alter any of our many issues where we bilaterally cooperate,” ani Schultz.
Matatandaang sa isa sa mga talumpati niya sa Beijing, inanunsyo ni Pangulong Duterte ang kaniyang “separation” mula sa military at economic ties sa Amerika.
