Lalo pang napatunayan ngayon ang patuloy na bentahan ng iligal na droga sa loob ng New Bilibid Prison (NBP).
Ito ay matapos magpositibo sa paggamit ng shabu ang convicted carnap king na si Raymond Dominguez.
Ayon kay Acting Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Chief Rolly Asuncion, nagsagawa sila ng surprise drug test sa 34 high profile inmates sa Building 14 ng Bilibid noong Huwebes, kung saan nga nag-positibo si Dominguez.
Tiniyak naman ni Asuncion na isasailalim si Dominguez sa confirmatory test, bilang pagsunod sa due process.
