Ilang Kongresista aminadong malabo pa ang dagdag sa SSS pension

Nagbabala ang ilang Kongresista na posibleng ma-veto na naman ang SSS pension hike bill.

Ayon kay Muntinlupa Rep. Ruffy Biazon, isa siya sa may akda ng SSS pension hike bills na naihain sa Kamara subalit kinuwestyon niya kung saan huhugutin ang pondo na ipangtutustos para maibigay ang mas mataas na pensyon sa SSS pensioners.

Ani Biazon, dapat may isang hiwalay na panukalang batas din na ihain sa Kongreso upang hanapan ng pagkukunan ng source na budget para sa implementasyon ng dagdag pensyon.

Paalala ni Biazon, ang kawalan ng source of funding ang pangunahing rason kung bakit na-veto ni Dating Pangulong Noynoy Aquino ang SSS pension hike bill kahit pa napagtibay ito noong 16th Congress.

Para naman kay Surigao del Sur Rep. Prospero Pichay, napaka-popular ng panukalang SSS pension increase.

Hirit nito, kung magse-senador lamang siya ay baka suportahan niya ang panukala.

Subalit giit ni Pichay, mas mahalaga ang survival ng SSS.

Kaninang umaga, nakalusot na sa House Committee on Government Enterprises ang panukalang P2000 p na SSS pension hike.
