Kasong graft ng Ombudsman laban kay Napoles at 3 iba pa, pinagtibay ng SC

Pinagtibay ng Korte Suprema ang desisyon ng Office of the Ombudsman na kasuhan si Janet Lim-Napoles at tatlong iba pa ng kasong graft and corruption kaugnay sa pork barrel scam.

Sa tatlong magkakahiwalay na rulings, ibinasura ng mataas na hukuman ang mga petisyon na ipawalang bisa ang desisyon ni Ombudsman Conchita Carpio-Morales.

Bukod kay Napoles, kasama sa mga kakasuhan ay ang driver niyang si John Raymond de Asis, dating Technology Resource Center head Antonio Ortiz at dating National Agri-Business Corporation head Alan Javellana.

Nahaharap si Napoles sa tatlong counts ng graft and corruption, malversation of public funds at corruption of public officers dahil sa maanomalyang disbursements ng Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) ni dating Rep. Constantino Jaraula noong 2004-2007.

Bukod dito ay may hiwalay pang kasong graft, malversation of public funds at corruption of public funds na kinakaharap si Napoles kasama sina De Asis at Javellana.
