Mga Security breach, nadiskubre ng FBI sa 2 state-voter systems
Hinihimok ng Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) ang mga U.S. election officials na mas higpitan pa ang computer security na kanilang ginagamit.
Ito ay matapos nilang madiskubre ang mga ebidensyang tinarget ng mga hackers ang dalawang state election databases nitong mga nagdaang linggo.
Inilabas ang paalalang ito sa flash alert mula sa FBI Cyber Division noong August 18.
Naaalarma na ang mga U.S. intelligence officials na posibleng guluhin ng mga hackers na sponsored ng Russia o ng iba pang bansa ang presidential election sa Nobyembre.
Ayon sa mga cyber security experts, maaring ginawa ng mga tauhan ng gobyerno ng Russia ang breaches sa Democratic National Committee at Democratic Party.
Bagaman hindi tinukoy sa FBI warning kung ano ang dalawang estado na na-target ng cyber attackers, sinabi ng Yahoo News na ayon sa kanilang mga sources, ito ay ang Arizona at Illinois.
