Patong-patong na reklamo laban kina dating Pangulong Noynoy Aquino at dating Budget Secretary Butch Abad ang ipinarating sa Office of the Ombudsman.
Ang mga reklamo na inihain ng mga lider ng iba’t ibang militanteng grupo ay may kaugnayan sa pinigil na Disbursement Accelaration Program o Dap.
Sa dalawang pahinang reklamo, nais ng mga militanteng grupo na maharap sa mga kasong technical malversation of public fund, usurpation of legislative power at paglabag sa anti-graft and corrupt practices act.
Gayundin may reklamo din ang mga ito na grave misconduct, conduct prejudicial to the interest of service at gross dishonesty.
Magugunita na isang araw nang bumaba sa puwesto noong Hunyo 30 inireklamo na rin sa Ombudsman si aquino kaugnay naman sa Mamasapano incident kung saan 44 tauhan ng PNP Special Action Force ang nasawi.
