Lookout bulletin laban sa 5 generals na sangkot sa droga ikinakasa na ng DOJ
Ikinakasa na ng Department of Justice (DOJ) ang pag-iisyu ng lookout bulletin laban sa limang police generals na isinasangkot ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa operasyon ng ilegal na droga sa bansa.
Sakaling maglabas ng lookout bulletin ang kagawaran, kinakailangan nitong atasan ang Bureau of Immigration (BI) para i-monitor ang magiging galaw ng limang Heneral.
Paliwanag ni Aguirre, kaya hindi pa makapaglabas ng hold departure order (HDO) ang korte laban kina Police Generals Marcelo Garbo, Vicente Loot, Bernardo Diaz, Joel Pagdilao at Edgardo Tinio dahil wala pang kasong naisasampa laban sa mga ito.
Ayon kay Aguirre, nais muna nilang masiguro ang propriety ng pagsasailalim sa lima sa lookout bulletin.
