Halos maiyak si General Edgardo Tinio nang humarap sa media kahapon matapos na isa siya sa mga heneral na nabanggit ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na sangkot umano at protektor ng ilegal na droga.
Nanginginig na ang boses ni Tinio nang sabihin niya sa media na handa siyang humarap sa pangulo para linisin ang kaniyang pangalan.
Sinabi ni Tinio na nawalan na siya ng gana na ituloy ang pagseserbisyo matapos ang nangyari.
