38 lugar maaring magrehistro ng dangerous heat index ngayon araw
Nagbabala ang Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) na ngayon araw ng Huwebes aabot sa 38 lugar sa ibat-ibang bahagi ng bansa ang magrerehistro ng “dangerous heat index levels.”
Ang heat index ngayon araw ay maaring umabot sa mula 42°C hanggang sa pinakamataan na 47°C.
Ang maaring makaranas ng 47°C ay sa Sangley Point, Cavite, samantalang 46°C naman sa Dagupan City, Pangasinan.
At 45°C NAIA Pasay City, Cubi Pt. Subic Bay Olongapo City, CLSU Muñoz, Nueva Ecija, Aborlan, Palawan, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro at sa Roxas City, Capiz.
Samantala, 44°C sa Tuguegarao, Cagayan, Ambulong, Tanauan, Batangas, Legazpi City. Albay – 44°C, Virac (Synop), Catanduanes, at sa Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
Mararamdaman naman ang 43°C sa Science Garden, Quezon City, Bacnotan, La Union, Aparri, Cagayan, ISU, Echague, Isabela, Iba, Zambales, Clark Airport, Pampanga, CBSUA-Pili, Camarines Sur, Mulanay, Quezon, Calapan, Oriental Mindoro, Baler (Radar), Aurora, Iloilo City, Dumangas, Iloilo, Catarman, Northern Samar at sa Zamboanga City, Zamboanga.
Sa Laoag City, Ilocos Norte ay 42°C maging sa Casiguran, Aurora, Tayabas, Quezon, Infanta, Quezon, Alabat, Quezon, Masbate City, Masbate, Coron, Palawan, Tacloban City, Leyte, Guiuan, Eastern Samar, Davao City, Davao del Sur, at General Santos City, South Cotabato
