Dangerous heat indices ibinabala ng PAGASA sa Metro Manila ngayon araw
Kabilang ang Metro Manila sa mg lugar na maaring nakaranas ng “dangerous heat indices” ngayon araw, ayon sa Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
Ayon pa sa PAGASA, posibleng magrehistro ng Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) station sa Pasay City ng 44°C heat index at 43°C naman sa PAGASA Science Garden sa Quezon City.
Dagdag pa ng ahensiya, 46°C naman ang maaring maitala sa Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) station sa Pili, Camarines Sur.
Sa Dagupan City, Pangasinan; Aparri, Cagayan; San Jose, Occidental Mindoro; Puerto Princesa City, Palawan; at Aborlan, Palawan, maaring makapagrehistro ng 45°C.
At 44°C naman sa Tuguegarao City, Cagayan at Guiuan, Eastern Samar.
Samantala, 43°C heat index naman ang inaasahan sa Central Luzon State University (CLSU) station sa Muñoz, Nueva Ecija; Sangley Point, Cavite; Coron, Palawan; Legazpi City, Albay; Virac, Catanduanes; Masbate City, Masbate; Roxas City, Capiz; at Iloilo City, Iloilo.
Sa Isabela State University (ISU) station sa Isabela, Cagayan; Iba, Zambales; Baler, Aurora; Casiguran, Aurora; Ambulong, Tanauan, Batangas; Alabat, Quezon; Daet, Camarines Norte; Dumangas, Iloilo; La Granja, La Carlota, Negros Occidental; Catarman, Northern Samar; Catbalogan, Samar; at Tacloban, Leyte, maaring makaramdam na index na 42°C.
