Nabatid na idineklarang “machinery muffler” mula sa Zimbabwe ang laman ng package na nasabat sa Paircargo Warehouse sa Pasay City. Sumailalim sa pagbusisi ng Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service, x-ray screening ng X-Ray Inspection Project, at k9-dog sniffing bukod sa pysical examination ang package. Nakipag-ugnayan din ang BOC sa Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) at NAIA Inter-Agency Drug Interdiction Task Group kayat naaresto ang babaeng consignee ng droga na nagkakahalaga ng higit P218 milyon.
