Villanueva: Positive trust ratings ni SP Migz patunay ng tiwala sa Senado
Sinabi ni Senate Majority Leader Joel Villanueva na ang positibong trust ratings na nakuha ni Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri ay pagpapatunay lamang ng labis na tiwala ng mamamayan sa Senado.
Sabi pa ni Villanueva na patunay din ito ng maayos na pamumuno ni Zubiri sa Mataas na Kapulungan ng Kongreso.
“Because of this, the Senate President enjoys not only the trust of our people, but the trust of the members of the Senate,” ani Villanueva.
Sa huling Pulse Asia survey, nakakuha si Zubiri ng 53% trust rating. Mas mataas ito ng dalawang porsiyento sa naitalang 51% noong Disyembre.
Isinagawa ang survey noon lamang Marso 6 hanggang 10.
Pinakamataas na natanggap ni Zubiri ay 69% sa Mindanao, mas mataas ng 11 puntos sa naitalang 58% noong December 2023 survey.
Dagdag pa ni Villanueva mistulang sinuportahan din ng survey result ang diskarte ng Senado sa pagtalakay sa “economic Charter change,” maging sa iba pang isyu.
“Despite the politically-charged and sometimes acrimonious discussions on Constitutional Amendments, Senate President Zubiri has led the way by consistently taking the high road, and we believe the Filipino people appreciate this,” diin pa ni Villanueva.
