Higit P212 milyong halaga ng shabu ang nasabat ng mga tauhan ng Bureau of Customs – Port of Clark at Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).
Nabatid na ang higit 31 kilo ng shabu ay nadiskubre sa package na naglalaman ng mga idineklarang “routers.”
Dumating ang package sa bansa noong nakaraang Marso 21 mula sa New Jersey, USA.
Isinailalim ito sa x-ray scanning at K9 sniffing matapos matanggap ang derogatory information ukol dito mula sa PDEA.
Nakasilid ang mga droga sa vacuum sealed transparent plastic at kinumpirma na shabu ito matapos isailalim sa chemical laboratory analysis ng PDEA.
Agad din naglabas ng warrant of seizure and detention si District Collector Erastus Austria dahil s apaglabag sa RA 10863 o ang Customs Modernization and Tariff Act.
