Nanawagan si Pangulong Marcos Jr., sa sambayanang Katoliko na pagsilbihan ang isa’t-isa kasabay sa paggunita sa bansa ng Huwebes Santos.
“As we reflect on the love and selflessness of Jesus Christ, may we also find ways to serve others with the same compassion and grace, spreading love and understanding in our communities,” ani Marcos sa kanyang social media post.
“We pray for a safe and meaningful Holy Week for all,” dagdag pa niya.
Una nang sinabi ni Marcos na ang Semana Santa ay magandang pagkakataon para pagnilayan ang paniniwalang Katoliko.
“In this solemn occasion, let us not only seek to unravel the mysteries of our faith but also to illuminate the path for others through acts of kindness and selflessness,” sabi nito sa kanyang mensahe ngayon Semana Santa.
“I pray that we may humbly accept our authentic selves as imperfect beings, for it is by becoming truly human that we can experience the divine. Let us always remember to seek the Lord in our desires and to desire Him in our seeking,” dagdag pa niya.
