Higit 541M cyber attacks sa website ng Kamara naitala
Ibinahagi ni House of Representatives Secretary-General Reginald Velasco na 53.7 million cyber attacks ang naranasan ng kanilang wesbite kahapon.
Isinalarawan ng kanilang Information and Communication Technology Service (ICTS) na “distributed denial-of-service” (DDoS) ang pag-atake sa website.
Sinabi pa ni Velasco na nagmula sa Indonesia, US, Colombia, India, at Russian Federation ang mga pag-atake bagamat maaring hindi ito tiyak kung ang “attackers” ay gumamit ng virtual private network (VPN).
Dagdag pa niya na hanggang alas-2:52 ng hapon ay lumubo pa ang bilang sa 541.7 milyon at may ilan na mula naman sa Tunisia, Thailand, at Greece.
Nadepensahan naman ang website sa pamamagitan ng Cloudflare service at ang mga insidente ay naibatid na sa Department of Information and Technology (DICT).
