Ilang ahensya inilipat sa pamumuno ng Secretary to the Cabinet
Base sa ipinalabas na kauna unahang executive order ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ay mas pinalawak pa nito ang kapangyarihan ng Secretary to the Cabinet.
Nakasaad sa E.O number 1 ng pangulo na nasa ilalim na ng pangangasiwa ng Secretary to the Cabinet ang ilang national government agencies.
Nasa ilalim na ngayon ng pamumuno ni Secretary to the Cabinet Leoncio Evasco Jr. ang Cooperation Development Authority, Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC), National Anti Poverty Comission (NAPC), National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP), National Commission on Muslim Filipinos, National Food Authority, National Youth Commission, Presidential Action Center, Philippine Commission on Women, Philippine Coconut Authority, Presidential Commission on the Urban Poor at Technical Education Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Ernesto Abella, dahil nasa ilalim na ng Secretary to the Cabinet ang TESDA, mula sa ranggong Secretary ay magiging Director General o Underscertary na lamang ang mauupong pinuno nito pati na ang sa NAPC.
Nakasaad pa sa E.O number 1 na dapat ang mga nabanggit na ahensya ng gobyerno ay tumutok sa paglaban sa kahirapan o poverty reduction programs ng Duterte administration.
Samantala, nakasaad din sa E.O number 1 ang pagbuo ng Office of the Special Assistant to the President o OSAP na pamumunuan ng long time executive ni duterte na si Bong Go.
Hahawakan ni Go ang Office of the Appointment Secretary at presidential Management Staff (PMS).
Pamumunuan din ni Go ang pagbuo ng events management cluster sa ilalim ng Office of the President.
Magiging miyembro ng events management cluster angPMS, Presidential Security Group(PSG), Office of the Presidential Protocol, Media Accreditation and Relations Office (MARO) at Radio Television Malacanang(RTVM).
