DFA wala pang extradition request para kay Pastor Apollo Quiboloy

Wala pang extradition request ang Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) para kay Pastor Apollo Quiboloy, ayon sa Department of Justice (DOJ).

Kasunod ito ng utos ng isang korte sa California ukol sa arrest order para kay Quiboloy, na kabilang sa ‘wanted persons” ng US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) dahil sa ibat-ibang kaso.

“There is no extradition request received yet by the DOJ from the DFA. It’s difficult, however, to speak on hypothetical situations. The government’s goal is to attain justice in whatever form and through the best forum,” ani DOJ spokesperson Mico Clavano.

“The decision to resolve came as a result of almost a year of verifying the evidence on record as well as the identity of the alleged victim,” dagdag pa niya.

Una nang ipinag-utos ni Central District of California Judge Terry Hatter Jr. ang “unsealing” ng arrest orders para sa nagtatag ng  Kingdom of Jesus Christ founder base sa kahilingan ng United States Attorney Criminal Division.

Ilan sa mga kaso ni  Quiboloy gayundin nina Helen Panilag at Teresita Tolibas Dandan ay conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking by force, fraud, coercion, sex trafficking of children, conspiracy, at cash smuggling.
