Economic reform laws ng Duterte-admin ipinakakasa ni Go
Kailangan lamang ng ganap at maayos na maipatupad ang mga “economic reform laws” partikular na ang naisabatas noong administrasyong-Duterte.
Ito ang paniniwala ni Sen. Christopher Go at aniya magagawa ito maamyendahan man o hindi ang Saligang Batas.
“With or without amendments to the Constitution, we have so many laws, economic reform laws, that need to be implemented thoroughly so the country can be attractive to foreign investors,” sabi ni Go.
Binanggit niya ang Republic Act No. 11659, o ang Public Services Act na daan para sa 100% foreign ownership sa ilang sektor tulad ng airports, railways, expressways at telekomunikasyon.
Gayundin ang Foreign Investments Act of 1991 o RA 11647, RA 11595 o ang ginawang pag-amyenda sa Retail Trade Liberalization Act of 2000 at RA 11032 o ang East of Doing Business Act of 2018.
