Pag-IBIG lumago noong 2023, kumilos para sa pabahay – PBBM
Inatasan ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. ang Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) na paigtingin ang mga programang pabahay.
Ibinahagi ni Marcos na noong nakaraang taon maganda ang kita ng Home Development Mutual Fund o ang Pag-IBIG Fund.
Nabatid na nakapagtala ang Pag-IBIG ng kabuuang P925.61 bilyon halaga ng ari-arian, P72.21 bilyon na gross income at P49.79 bilyon na net income.
Nangangahulugan na maaring maglaan ang ahensiya ng P48.76 bilyon na dibidendo para sa kanlang mga miyembro.
“The challenge before us today, including those in the Pag-IBIG, the housing sector, and the local government units, is to translate these statistics into actual homes that people can live in,” ani Marcos.
