Kamara handang arestuhin si Quiboloy kapg subpoena ay dinedma
Handa ang Kamara na ipakulong si Pastor Apollo Quiboloy kung kailangan na gawin ito.
“The committee will not be able to issue any subpoena if the committee and the House is not ready,” sabi ni PBA Party-list Rep. Migs Nograles.
Sinabi matapos magpalabas na ng subpoena ang pamunuan ng Kamara para mapaharap sa pagdinig si Quiboloy.
Iniimbestigahan ng House Committee on Legislative Franchises, na pinamumunuan ni Parañaque City 2nd district Rep. Gus Tambunting, ang mga diumanoy paglabag sa prangkisa ng Sonshine Media Network Inc. (SMNI).
Pinaniniwalaan na pag-aari ni Quiboloy ang naturang broadcast network, na sa kasalukuyan ay suspindido ang operasyon base sa utos ng naman ng National Telecommunications Commission (NTC).
Nakatakda ang susunod na pagdinig sa Marso 12.
