PNP pinaalahanan ni Cayetano sa pagsunod, pagrespeto ng publiko sa mga batas
Kumpiyansa si Senator Alan Peter Cayetano na magagawa ng pambansang pulisya na maibalik ang tiwala at pagmamahal ng mamamayan sa mga batas.
“We are taught as human beings that part of being cool is rebelling against the rules. But people forget that there’s a difference between the law and the rules,” ani Cayetano sa kanyang mensahe sa groundbreaking ceremony ng Regional Forensic Unit-NCRPO Crime Lab sa Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig City.
Aniya ang mga alintuntunin ay maaring baguhin, ngunit hindi ang batas.
Samantala, sinabi ng senador na katuparan ng kanyang pangarap ang itatayong bagong police crime lab.
Kumpiyansa si Cayetano na kapag natapos na ang crime lab sa loob ng dalawang taon ay mapapabilis na ang mga imbestigasyon, na magiging daan naman para lalo pang pagtiwalaan ng publiko ang mga pulis.
“The crime lab will be a magnificent addition to your professionalism. We shuld work together in re-establishing to people that if you love the law, the law is there to protect you,” dagdag bilin pa ni Cayetano sa mga pulis-NCRPO.
