Dagdag kontribusyon sa Philhealth dapat suklian ng magandang serbisyo – PBBM
Kung dadagdagan ng mga miyembro ang kanilang kontribusyon sa Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) dapat ay tapatan ito ng magandang serbisyo.
Ito ang sinabi ni Pangulong Marcos Jr., ukol sa pagtaas sa premium rates ng Philhealth.
Nilinaw naman niya na pinag-aaralan pa rin niya ang dagdag kontribusyon dahil ang gusto niya ay madagdagan din ang mga benepisyo ng mga miyembro.
“It’s all cost-benefit. If we increase, halimbawa ‘yung pinag-uusapan ngayon, ‘yung increase of contribution ng PhilHealth from 4 percent to 5 percent, tinitignan ko,” sabi ni Marcos sa isang panayam na ipinalabas ng isang istasyon ng telebisyon.
“Sasabihin ko, sige, if you’re going to increase it, show the other side of that. What will be the increase in services, what will you be able to cover, what more will you be able to cover,” dagdag pa ng Punong Ehekutibo.
Una nang hiniling ni Health Sec. Ted Herbosa kay Marcos na pigilan muna ang panininigil ng dagdag sa kontribusyon ng mga miyembro ng Philhealth.
Hindi din nagbigay ng direktang sagot si Marcos nang tanungin kung may tugon na siya sa hirit ni Herbosa.
