Ibinahagi ng Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) na dumami ng 62.44 porsiyento ang cyber incidents noong nakaraang taon.
Ayon sa Cybersecurity Bureau-National Computer Emergency Response Team (NCERT) nakapagtala ng 1,834 insidente hanggang noong huling araw ng nakaraang taon.
Noong nakaraang taon, 1,129 cyber incidents noong 2022.
“This highlights the Department’s dedication to fortifying defenses against cyber threats and ensuring a safer online environment,” ang pahayag ng DICT.
Nakabuo na rin ng National Cybersecurity Plan (NCSP) hanggang 2028 para sa pagbibigay ng ibayong cyber security, gayundin ang pagbibigay prayoridad sa data privacy.
