Palasyo idineklarang “special non working day” sa Maynila ang pista ng Nazareno
Idineklara ni Pangulong Marcos Jr. na special non-working day sa Manila ang Enero 9 kasabay nang paggunita sa pista ng Itim na Nazareno.
“It is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Manila be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration,” saad ng Proclamation No. 434 na nilagdaan ni Executive Sec. Lucas Bersamin.
Tatlong taon na walang naganap na Traslacion, ang prusisyon ng Itim na Nazareno, dahil sa pandemya dulot ng COVID 19.
Nagbabalik na ito ngayon taon at sinimulan na ang mga pagdiriwang na may kaugnayan sa kapistahan.
Tinataya na aabot sa tatlong milyong deboto ang makikibahagi sa Traslacion kayat magpapatupad ng mahigpit na seguridad.
