Pangulong Marcos sa Boy Scouts: Maging agents of change
Maging positive agents of change.
Ito ang naging panghihikayat ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. sa 35,000 na lider at miyembro ng Boy Scouts of the Philippines.
Sa talumpati ni Pangulong Marcos sa 18th National Scout Jamboree Grand Opening sa Passi, Iloilo, ipinaabot nito ang pag-asang magsilbing inspirasyon ang okasyon sa mga kabataang Filipino para maging produktibong mga mamamayan.
Mahalaga ayon sa Pangulo na pangalagaan ang kalakasan ng isip at katawan, maging ang pagtugon sa kanilang tungkulin sa Diyos at Inang Bayan, upang makatulong sa pagbuo ng Bagong Pilipinas.
“To all our beloved scouts: Remember that you are here also to have fun, and to have an adventure, but to learn also about positive agents of change of which you can be part of,” pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos.
Ginagawa ang national scouting event tuwing ikapaat na taon.
“Make your bodies strong and healthy. Keep your minds keen and ever-conscious. Stand your ground, embody the scout law, and heed the call of duty to God and Country,” pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos.
