Sina Edwin Zulueta, Kyle Epola, Joenel Caparas at Jennerold Ellore ay nahulu sa M.H. del Pilar St., Malate. Sila ang itinuturong pumutol at tumangay ng 200 pares ng Innove copper cable wires noong Setyembre 20.
Bunga ng kanilang ginawa, naapektuhan ang serbisyo sa ilang bangko, klinika at isang electronic store.
Makalipas ang tatlong araw, may isa pang suspek na nahuli matapos nakawin ang kable sa kanto ng UN Avenue at Ma. Oroso Street., na nakaapekto sa mga bangko at klinika sa lugar.
Kasunod nito ang pagkaka-aresto kay Jayson Picardo ng Bantay Kable – NCR matapos maaktuhan sa pagputol sa 21 metro ng copper cable sa kanto ng UN Avenue at Gen. Luna street, na nakaapekto sa maraming negosyo.
