COA report sa “secret funds’ ni VP Sara ilalabas bago mag-Pasko
Tinatapos na ng Commission on Audit (COA) ang ginagawang special audit sa confidential at intelligence fund ng Office of the Vice President (OVP) noong 2022.
Ito ang tiniyak ng COA sa pamamagitan ni Sen. Sonny Angara, ang sponsor ng 2024 budget ng ahensiya.
Ayon kay Angara, nagpapatuloy pa ang pagbusisi sa pinaggamitan ni Vice President Sara Duterte sa kanyang “secret funds” pag-upo niya sa puwesto noong nakaraang taon.
Dagdag pa ng senador, humirit pa ng isang buwan ang COA para tapusin ang special audit.
Kinamusta ni Sen. Risa Hontiveros sa COA ang pagsusuri sa “CIF” ng OVP, na ang pondo ay mula naman sa Office of the President (OP).
Sinabi pa ni Angara, noong Enero ay nakapagsumite na ang OVP ng “liquidation reports” ngunit noon lamang naisunod ang “supporting documents.”
