GSIS nag-alok ng emergency loan sa Mindanao quake victims
Inanunsiyo ng Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) ang inaalok na emergency loan program sa kanilang mga miyembro and pensioner na lubhang naapektuhan ng magnitude 6.8 earthquake sa Mindanao kamakailan.
Ayon kay GSIS president and general manager Arnulfo Veloso, ang programa ay inaalok sa Davao Region at SOCCSKSARGEN Region.
Aniya sa dalawang rehiyon ay mayroong kabuuang 171,341 miyembro at 27,962 pensioners.
“We immediately opened the GSIS emergency loan to those affected by the strong earthquake to promptly address their needs. The immediate provision of financial support is significant for their food, medication, or home repair requirements,” sabi ni Veloso.
Dagdag pa nito, naglaan sila ng P6 bilyon para sa kanilang emergency loan budget ngayon taon.
Paliwanag niya, ito ay para sapat ang pondo sa mga mangangailangan ng tulong matapos ang mapaminsalang lindol.
