Angara: P5.768B 2024 budget posibleng lumusot sa Senado sa susunod na linggo
May posibilidad na maaprubahan sa susunod na linggo sa Senado ang isinusulong na P5.768-trillion General Appropriations Bill (GAB), ayon kay Senator Sonny Angara.
Sa panayam kay Angara, sinabi niya na tatapusin na ang “period of interpellations” para sa natitira pang mga ahensiya na hindi pa naisalang sa deliberasyon upang mapaghandaan naman ang 31st Asia-Pacific Parliamentary Forum (APPF) sa Nobyembre 23 hanggang 26.
Sinabi pa ng namumuno sa Senate Committee on Finance na “on target” naman ang deliberasyon sa pambansang pondo para sa susunod na taon.
Banggit niya na maaring sa unang linggo ng Disyembre ay mapipirmahan na ni Pangulong Marcos Jr., ang 2024 GAB.
Ngayon araw, lumusot na sa plenaryo ang 2024 budget ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) at Commission on Audit (COA).
