Mensahe ito ni Villar sa Association of Laguna Food Processors (ALAFOP) Calabarzon Food Solutions Hub (CFoSH) sa Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.
Hinikayat ng senadora ang lahat na suportahan ang mga maliliit na negosyo at ALAFOP, na pinuri niya ang pagkakatatag dahil napapalakas nito ang kanilang mga negosyo.
Aniya nakakapagbigay ng trabaho at karagdagang kita sa mamamayan ng Laguna ang organisasyon.
