Tatlong high-impact projects, aprubado ni Pangulong Marcos

Tatlong high-impact projects ang inaprubahan ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.

Ito ay matapos ang pagpupulong sa Malakanyang ng National Economic and Development Authority Board kung saan si Pangulong Marcos ang tumatayong chairman.

Ayon kay NEDA Secretary Arsenio Balisacan, kabilang sa mga inaprubahan ni Pangulong Marcos ang Pang-Agraryong Tulay Para sa Bagong Bayanihan ng mga Magsasaka o PBBM Bridges Project ng Department of Agrarian Reform.

Nagkakahalaga ang proyekto ng P28.2 bilyon kung saan magtatayo ng 350 modular steel bridges na may habang 10,500 linear meters.

Layunin nito na mapalawak pa ang connectivity ng agrarian reform communities at mapataasang productivity at income ng may 350,000 households.

Inaprubahan din aniya ng NEDA Board ang Phase 3 ng Maritime Safety Capability Improvement Project ng Philippine Coast Guard.

“This project involves the design, construction, and delivery of five units of multi- role response vessels or MRRVs, each with a length of 97 meters. This project also includes a five-year integrated logistics support,” pahayag ni Balisacan.

Palalakasin nito ang pagresponde ng PCG sa mga banta sa mga maritime jurisdiction ng Pilipinas at mapalalakas ang sea lines of communications sa West Philippine Sea, Sulu-Celebes Seas, at Philippine Sea.

Nasa P29.3 bilyon ang inilaang pondo sa pamamagitan ng Official Development Assistance o ODA loan mula sa pamahalaan ng Japan.

Inaprubahan din ng NEDA Board ang revised parameters, terms, at conditions ng Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway o TPLEX Extension Project.
