Itinalaga rin ni Pangulong Marcos si Angelito Vergel de Dios bilang commissioner ng Presidential Commission on Good Government na nasa ilalim ng Department of Justice.
Si de Dios ay dating executive director ng Metro Manila Development Authority.
Itinalaga rin ni Pangulong Marcos si Julius Neri Jr. bilang general manager at chief executive officer member, Board of Directors ng Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority.
