Hindi tuloy ang “Libreng Sakay” program sa buwan ng Nobyembre.
Ayon kay Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista, sa halip na libreng sakay, pinag-aaralan ngayon ang pagbibigay na lamang ng discount sa mga pasahero.
Nakatakda sana ang libreng sakay sa Nobyembre at tatagal ng hanggang Disyembre.
Nasa P1.3 bilyon ang inilaang budget para sa libreng sakay.
