PCSO inireklamo apat na illegal e-lotto operators

Naghain ng reklamo ang Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) laban sa apat na kompaniya na sangkot sa diumano’y illegal online lotto.
Mismong si PCSO General Manager Mel Robles ang naghain ng mga reklamong usurpation of authority, illegal gambling at paglabag sa RA 1169 laban sa Eplayment Corp., Paymero Technologies Ltd., GlobalComRCI International at Blockbain Smart-Tech Co. IT Consultancy sa Mandaluyong City Prosecutors Office.
Pagbabahagi ni Robles inihain niya ang mga reklamo base sa pag-iimbestiga ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ukol sa operasyon ng “Pakilotto” at “surelotto.”
Natunton ng NBI na ang dalawang illegal online lotto ay pinamamahalaan ng apat na kompaniya.
Nabuking na P30 ang singil sa bawat lotto game sa pamamagitan ng “Pakilotto” website, samantalang P25 naman ang bayad sa bawat lotto ticket ng Surelotto, na isang mobile app.
Tiniyak ni Robles na patuloy silang maghahain ng mga reklamo at titiyakin na malilitis at makukulong ang mga sangkot sa mga katulad na ilegal na aktibidad.
