Implementasyon ng Anti-Money Laundering at counter-terrorism financing strategy, pinamamadali ni Pangulong Marcos
Naglabas ng memorandum ang Palasyo ng Malakanyang para mapabilis ang implementasyon ng National Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing and Counter-Proliferation Financing Strategy 2023-2027 (NACS).
Base sa Memorandum Circular No. 37, inaatasan ang ibat ibang ahensya ng pamahalaan kasama na ang government-owned and controlled corporations na bumalngkas at magpatupa ng plano at mga programa para sa NACS.
Inaatasan ang Anti-Money Laundering Council na magsumite sa Office of the Executive Secretary ng komprehensibong ulat ukol sa status ng implementasyon ng National Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing and Counter-Proliferation Financing Strategy.
Sa ilalim din ng inisyung kautusan ay inaatasan ang lahat ng agency heads na magsagawa ng pag-repaso at pagtaya sa deliverables na nasa ilalim ng International Cooperation Review Group Action Plan.
Saklaw nito mga head ng lahat ng concerned departments, agencies, bureaus, at national government kasama na ang ang GOCC at government units.
