Ayon kay Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar, 82-building project na may 8,200 residential units itatayo People’s Ville I, II at III.
Sa ngayon, nasa final phase na ang limang 5-story buildings.
Nabatid na ang ipinatatayong pabahay sa Davao ay bahagi sa 20 20 ongoing projects na nasa flagship program na “Pambansang Pabahay.”
Nais ni Acuzar na lagyan ng mas maraming open spaces at parke ang pabahay para may mapaglalaruan ang mga bata.
