National ID sa socmed delikado sa cybercrimes – PSA

Nakiusap ang Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) sa mga netizen na huwag i-post sa personal social media account ang national ID o PhilID.

Sinabi ni PSA Dir. Gen. Dennis Mapa maaring makompromiso ang mga personal na detalye kapag na-post sa socmed ang national ID.

Aniya ang mga ito ay maaring maging biktima ng identity theft at magamit sa ibat-iba pang uri ng cybercrimes.

Ipinagbilin din ni Mapa na dapat ay beripikahin din muna ang mga detalye at tiyakin na awtorisado ang mga ito na gamitin ang anumang detalye.

Una nang ibinahagi ng opisyal na 81,005,872 Filipino ang nagparehistro na sa PhilSys.
