Multiple entries sa 2024 budget ng DPWH nabuking sa Senado

DPWH photoIbinunyag ng ilang senador ang “multiple entries” sa 2024 proposed budget ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).Unang pinuna ni Minority Leader Aquilino Pimentel III ang double entry para sa pagpapagawa ng Junction Davao City Diversion Road na may halagang P60 million at P105 million.Gayundin ang Basey Road sa Eastern Samar na may tatlo naman entry at may mga halagang P58 million, P90 million at P200 million.Nagpahayag pa nang pagdududa si Pimentel kung may kamay ang Kamara o Malakanyang sa mga proyekto at tagasunod lamang ang DPWH.Inamin naman ng kagawaran sa sa kanilang budget ngayon taon, umabot sa P4.4 billion ang halaga ng “multiple entries” ng road construction projects.At ang pagpapasya sa mga maaring gawin ay ipinaubaya na lamang sa Department of Budget and Management (DBM).
