Chiz isinusulong ang automatic promotion sa magreretirong gov’t employees

Gusto ni Senator Chiz Escudero na mabigyan ng awtomatikong promosyon ang magreretirong kawani ng gobyerno.
Sa inihain niyang Senate Bill No. 297, nais niya na maging pabaon sa magreretirong kawani ang mas mataas na salary grade.
Ang promosyon sa pagreretiro ay katulad sa mga pulis at sundalo.
Paliwanag ng senador, layon ng kanyang panukala na kilalanin ang paglilingkod at serbisyo ng magreretirong kawani.
Dagdag pa nito ang mas mataas na suweldo ang pagbabasehan ng retirement benefits.
Nakasaad sa panukala ang pagbuo ng Civil Service Commission (CSC) katuwang ang Department of Budget and Management at Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) ng nararapat na guidelines at regulasyon sa pagpapatupad nito sakaling maging ganap na batas.
