May-ari ng nasunog na warehouse na ikinasawi ng 15 katao sa Quezon City, kinasuhan na
Sinampahan na ng reckless imprudence resulting in multiple homicide ng Quezon City Police District ang apat na survivors na incorporators ng MGC Warehouse, Incoporated sa Tandang Sora, Quezon City.
Ito ay matapos masunog ang warehouse noong Agosto 31 na ikinasawi ng 15 katao.
Kabilang sa mga kinasuhan sina Catherine Sy; Lina Cavilte; Johanna Cavilte; at Geoffrey Cavilte.
Ayon kay Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte, isang welcome development ang pagsasampa ng kaso.
Sa ganitong paraan kasi aniya, mabibigyan ng hustisya ang pagkamatay ngg 15 katao.
“We hope that through this development, justice will be served to the 15 individuals who perished during that unfortunate incident. We appreciate the effort of the Quezon City Police District for being committed to feret out the truth,” pahayag ni Belmonte.
Matatandaang madaling araw nang sumiklab ang sunog sa warehouse na pa-imprintahan ng T-shirt.
Kasama sa mga nasawi ang may-ari ng warehouse na si Michael Cavilte, 44 anyos.
Nasawi rin sa sunog si Maria Micaela Ysabella Barbin, 23 anyos at anak nitong babae na tatlong taong gulang lamang.
