Walong pasaway na employer ang pinadalhan ng Notice of Violation ng Social Security System.
Ito ay matapos mabatid na hindi nagbababayad ng SSS ang walong employer para sa kanilang mga empleyado.
Kabilang sa mga pinaldahan ng Notice of Violation ang mga kompanyang may kinalaman sa wholesale of food, beverages and tobacco, manufacturer ng electrical equipment, non-specialized store, beauty salon at iba pa.
Natukoy ang walong pasaway na employer matapos magsagawa ng “Run After Contribution Evaders” (RACE) campaign ang SSS sa Sun Valley sa Bicutan, Taguig.
Nasa P1.70 milyon ang bayarin ng mga pasaway na employers para sa 82 empleyado.
Sa naturang halaga, nasa P717,000 ang unpaid contributions at nasa P983,000 ang penalties.
Hindi nagbayad ang mga employer ng SSS contribution mula Marso 1999 hanggang Agosto 2023.
Tiniyak naman ng SSS na mahigpit na ipatutupad ang Republic Act No. 11199 na nag-aatas sa mga employer na magbayad ng kontribusyon para sa mga empleyado.
