10,816 kukuha ng Bar exams simula sa Linggo, Setyembre 17

May 10,816 law graduates ang nagparehistro para kumuha ng  2023 online and regionalized Bar examinations sa Setyembre . 17, 20, at 24 sa 14 local testing centers (LTCs) nationwide.

Base sa impormasyon mula sa Supreme Court Public Information Office, sa naturang bilang, 5,832 ang first takers at 4,984 naman ang second takers.

Magpapakalat naman ang Korte Suprema ng 2,571 Bar personnel na kinabibilangan ng mga hukom, court officials at mga kawani ng Kataastaasang Hukuman, ng Court of Appeals, ng Sandiganbayan, ng Court of Tax Appeals, at ng trial courts.

Gayundin ng mga abogado sa gobyerno at nagsasagawa ng private practice.

May anim na core subjects sa eksaminasyon – Political and Public International Law, 15%; Commercial and Taxation Laws, 20%; Labor Law and Social Legislation, 10%; Criminal Law, 10%; at Remedial Law, Legal and Judicial Ethics with Practical Exercises, 25%.

Ang exam centers sa Metro Manila ay sa San Beda University, Manila; University of Santo Tomas, Manila; SBCA; University of the Philippines, Quezon City; Manila Adventist College, Pasay City; at University of the Philippines, Bonifacio Global City.

Sa Saint Louis University sa Baguio City; Cagayan State University, Tuguegarao City; at University of Nueva Caceres, Naga City naman sa Luzon.

Sa Visayas isasagawa ito sa University of San Jose-Recoletos sa Cebu City, University of San Carlos also sa Cebu City, at Dr. V. Orestes Romualdez Educational Foundation sa Tacloban City.

Samantalang sa Mindanao ay sa Ateneo de Davao University sa Davao City at sa Xavier University sa Cagayan de Oro City.

Ang San Beda College Alabang (SBCA) sa Muntinlupa City naman ang magsisilbing  national headquarters ng Korte Suprema para sa Bar examinations.

Ngayon 2023 Bar exams ang  committee chairperson ay si Supreme Court Justice Ramon Paul Hernando.
