Nagbalik-loob ang anim na miyembro ng New People’s Army (NPA) sa Cabadbaran City sa Agusan del Norte.
Sumuko sa Philippine Army 20th Infantry “Matatag” Battalion sina Vicente Tello Moldez alias Reb-reb, team ;eader ng Edukasyon Propaganda; John Paul Mandag Salahay alias Lawin, miyembro ng Sandatahang Yunit Pampropaganda 21C, Northeastern Mindanao Regional Committee, Wawie Mandag Salahay alias Sorating, team leader ng Sandatahang Yunit Pampropaganda; Caryl Alvarez alias Angel. Erwin Sandag Enriques alias JR at Angelo Sales alias Sky/Carlo/Third, ng Regional Sentro de Grabedad, Northeastern Mindanao Regional Committee. Isinuko nila ang limang baril, isang AK47 rifle, dalawang AR15 rifles, isang M4 Carbine rifle, at isang M14 rifle. Sinabi naman ni LtCol. Cresencio Gargar, commanding officer ng 29IB na tutulungan ng gobyerno ang mga sumukong rebelde upang mamuhay ng normal.
