DOTr Usec. Chavez, iba pang opisyal ng NDCPAAI nanumpa kay ES Lucas Bersamin

Ipinanumpa ni Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin ang mga bagong halal na opisyal ng  National Defense College of the Philippines Alumni Association, Inc. (NDCPAAI) sa pangunguna ni Transportation Undersecretary Cesar Chavez. Nahalal si Chavez bilang presidente ng NDCPAAI na may termino ng 2023 hanggang 2025. “Grateful to Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin for administering our oath-taking ceremony in Malacañan this morning as the newly elected officers of the National Defense College of the Philippines Alumni Association Inc.,” pahayag ni Chavez. “Our association will strive to be more meaningful and relevant to its members and the country. We will actively foster a platform that encourages greater collaboration between the NDCP, its alumni, and stakeholders, contributing to the national discourse and policy development on all aspects of national security,” dagdag nito. Pinursige ni a Chavez ang pag-aaral sa  military at national security education at ilan sa mga kursong nakumpleto niya ang Intelligence Officer Basic Course, Intelligence Officer Advance Course, Tradecraft Course, Psychological Warfare Course, at Command and General Staff Course. Nakakuha rin si Chavez ng  Master in National Security Administration sa  NDCP, PhD sa Peace and Security Administration sa Bicol University, Senior Executives sa National and International Security sa Harvard Kennedy School, at Strategic Management Program sa National University of Singapore. Nahalal naman si Foreign Affairs Undersecretary for Civilian Security and Consular Affairs Jesus ‘Gary’ Domingo bilang  Vice President. Si Domingo ay isang  seasoned diplomat na nagsilbing  Ambassador to New Zealand, Philippine Missions to the United Nations kasama na sa  New York at Geneva.
