OVP, DepEd confidential funds bubusisiin ng mga senador
Sinabi ni Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri na bubusiiin nila ang confidential fund ng Office of the Vice President (OVP) at Department of Education (DepEd).
Ayon kay Zubiri ang pinamumunuan niyang Select Oversight Committtee on Intelligence and Confidential Funds ang hihimay sa confidential at intelligence funds ng dalawang tanggapan ni Vice President Sara Duterte.
Miyembro ng komite sina Majority Leader Joel Villanueva, Minority Leader Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III, Sens. Sonny Angara at Ronald dela Rosa.
Samantala, sinabi ni Zubiri kay Duterte na susuportahan niya ang hinihinging pondo ng DepEd para sa susunod na taon at maaring padagdagan pa niya ito dahil sa kahalagahan ng edukasyon para sa mga kabataang Fiipino.
Katuwiran nito labis na naapektuhan ng pandemya ang sektor ng edukasyon.
