Congressman Sandro Marcos kapartido na ni Pangulong Marcos sa PFP
Nanumpa na bilang bagong miyembro ng Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. ang anak nito na si Ilocos Norte 1st District Representative Sandro Marcos at 14 gobernador.
Ginawa ang oath taking ng mga bagong miyembro ng PFP sa Palasyo ng Malakanyang.
Matatandaang miyembro si Congressman Marcos ng Nationalista Party ni dating Senador Manny Villar.
Kabilang sa mga lumipat ng partido sina Bukidnon Governor Neil Roque, Batanes Governor Marilou Cayco, Zambales Governor Hermogenes Ebdane at iba pa.
Taong 2018 nang mabuo ang PFP.
Ang PFP ang partidong nagtutulak na magkaroon ng pederalismo sa bansa.
“And the reason that we have done this is that of course our party, our group, we have turned a what was a minor party in the political spectrum into the majority party now in the country. And that is because not only for political convenience, not only to prepare for elections but because the true – there is an… I have always been of the belief that a party must stand for an ideology,” pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos.
“Pagka ‘yung partido ay walang ideology ay hindi talaga lalago. Palipat-lipat ang miyembro; kung minsan matibay, kung minsan mahina. At ‘yun ang mga nangyayari kung minsan dito sa Pilipinas dahil kung ano-ano ang partido na ginagamit, lalong-lalo na ‘pag nadating na sa local government ay paiba-iba na,” dagdag ng Pangulo.
