Ayon sa Philippine Coast Guard, sakop nito ang mga pantalan na Brgy. Tilik Port, Balanacan, Port, Cotta Port, San Andres Port, Romblon Port, Cajidiocan Port, Looc port, San Agustin Port, Real Port, Patnanungan/Jomalig Port, Dinahican Port, at Polilio Port.
Nasa 14 vessels, apat na rolling cargoes at 25 na motorbancas ang stranded at pansamantalang sumilong sa ibat ibang pantalan.
Hindi pinayagan ng PCG ang mga sasakyang pandagat na pumalaot dahil sa sama ng panahon at malalakas na alon.
