Unregistered SIMs may limang araw para sa “reactivation”
Matapos ang deadline ngayon araw, made-deactivate ang mga hindi naparehistrong SIM, ngunit ang mga gumamit nito ay may limang araw para “reactivation.”
Ito ang sinabi ni Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) Sec.Ivan John Uy base sa Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) ng SIM Registration Act.
Nakasaad sa naturang batas na kapag nabigo na maiparehistro ang SIM sa itinakdang deadline ay awtomatikong “deactivated” ito.
Hanggang kahapon, ayon sa kagawaran ang kabuuang bilang ng nairehistrong SIM ay 105,917,844.
Ang Smart Communications ay may 49,990,446, 48,378,674 naman sa Globe at 7,548,724 sa DITO Telecommunity Corporation.
