Ipinatitigil na ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. ang ano mang uri ng pakikipag-ugnayan sa International Criminal Court.
Ito ay matapos magpasya ang ICC na ituloy ang imbestigasyon sa anti-drug war campaign na inilunsad ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa kabila ng apela ng Pilipinas na itigil ang imbestigasyon dahil gumagana naman ang sistema ng hudikatura sa bansa.
Ayon kay Solicitor General Menardo Guevarra, “full disengagement” ang utos ng Pangulo sa ICC.
Marso 2019 nang tumiwalag ang Pilipinas sa ICC.
