Apela ng Pilipinas na itigil ang imbestigasyon sa anti-drug war, ibinasura ng ICC

Tuloy ang imbestigasyon ng International Criminal Court (ICC) Appeals Chamber sa kontrobersiyal na anti-drug war campaign na ikinasa ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

Ito ay matapos ibasura ng ICC ang apela ng Pilipinas na itigil na ang naturang imbestigasyon.

Mayorya sa appeals chamber ang pumabor na ibasura ang apela ng Pilipinas.

Una nang naghain ng apela si Solicitor General Menardo Guevarra sa ICC.

Iginiit ng Pilipinas na walang hurisdiksyon ang ICC dahil taong 2019 pa kumalas ang bansa.
